Wild Garlic Oil | 200ml

iKonofula (wild garlic) is such a sacred and nostalgic herb for anyone who grew up believing it wards off snakes and I wanted to introduce it into the kitchen in more ways so that the plant can be appreciated in all its facets. 

It has a woody, garlic fresh aroma and taste that compliments almost any dish from watermelon salads, meat, fish or just plain toasted bread or crackers.
